![]() ![]() | Re: supps for joints I have good results with 'Animal Flex' it has glucosamine and chondroitin which are good for cartilage repair. Cissus is good also just make sure you get it capped if you buy from MP the powder is nasty stuff!

![]() | Re: supps for joints glucosamine alone is not optimal. the synergistic effect of gluco chonr and msm is work the extra few pennies. will look for cissus. cookie i eat gelatin, mixed with hydrolized protein or beef extract protein supps for 'good' deserts never considered the joint benefits thanks for the heads up on that.
