If you're after the cheapest option, just get plain creatine monohydrate. Stick to decent brands though - especially those using creapure such as reflex and USN as this is the highest quality creatine monohydrate available. There is some crap, impure creatine on the market. If it uses creapure you cant go wrong as it is 99% pure, hplc tested.

Def buy some USN creatine monohydrate and mix it with some powder form dextrose which u can get easily from health food shops and chemists - every time u need to take some creatine in ur loading or maintainance phase mix 5g of creatine with about 35g of dextrose - mix with plenty of water so it all dissolves, add a bit of squash or something like that and bingo - almost exactly the same as all the other creatine supplements out there (minus some glutamine and a few other things that u can take seperately anyway) - and for a lot less of the price - which is always a bonus!

I would use creatine.
Got great benefits from the V12 by Sans Nutrition!

Other then that, get with the board sponsers and buy from them at a deal.
They can probably give you the best deal!

Cant go to the U.S. without shipping overpricing the wholesale cost

You cant go wrong with a creapure creatine monohydrate - about 6 months worth for around £30. You can get glucose or dextrose from boots or superdrug. If you're looking for economy, this is the best option. If you want that little extra and have the cash for it then something like v12, tri matrix, metacel or creatamax 8000gl are good choices.

Powders are better.

Personally, I have had better luck with V12 than anything. It costs more but this in my opinion works best For Me.
I actually got stronger after a cycle using this product.
It has Taurine (amino)
l-Glutamine
Arginine and a whole lot of other stuff.
The taste? Really nice!!!!!

But as far as creatine is concerned I feel that silentbob might be the best to answer this question and beings as he supplies the stuff then can we say discount?
I think Silentbob might be the best to answer.

Although, there is a thread on making your own creatine here : http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/supplementation/2500-making-your-own-creatine-formula.html

I wouldnt advise you to use creatine serums. All the lab tests done on them have found they dont actually contain any creatine. Not surprising as creatine is well known to be unstable in water. The makers claim that they found a way to stabilise it, but the tests suggest otherwise. Still, the manufactuers make a huge amount of money so they must shift a lot of it. They've contacted us recently to ask if we'd stock it, but until they can provide me scientific proof that they've stabilised creatine in liquid we're out! I might start another thread about this actually.

Just take the creatine monohydrate with grape juice and save your money. Dextrose sugar (grape juice) spikes the insulin more than any other sugar. It shuttles the creatine into the muscles.
