Shelf Life of Supplements

Hi All,
I moved away 3 yrs ago on a work project and put into storage at my Mums place several supplements , namely 2 x Mammoth 2500 , 3 x All in one whey protein , 6 x MAG10 , 6 x M1T tubs , 3 X 6 oxo , 4 x ECA stacks and a few other pro-hormones and sups.

Back in Blighty now and just wondering if they are still going to be ok to use. I would say the oldest is 4 yrs old.

What do you reckon or should I buy afresh??

Re: Shelf Life of Supplements

Its an aladins cave!!! Also found 4 x s1+ transdermal , 3 x Dymetedrine extreme , 2 x phera-max , 2 x megazol and 1 x pyroclen.

Will be getting my training back on track from next week , having kept the mass just lost the strength and definition.

I know alot of these supps are no longer available so when they go thats it...just hope they are still potent!!
So sorry guys will be keeping them.
Will cycle Megazol and Pheramax first to shock my body back into the regime again!!

Its great to be back!!:lift:

Re: Shelf Life of Supplements

They should have expiry dates on them. Usually they last 2-3 years. I have used products that are 6 months over their sell by date myself, but wouldnt go any more than that at the most.

Those Mag-10s you have are like gold dust! I remember we were actually the last online retailer to have any in the UK and the USA after they stopped production and we were getting people from America offering silly money for them. That was at least 2 years ago. Mag 10 was an unbelievably popular product, even though it was expensive (RRP was £99.99).
