Creatine and Caffeine

Heard conflicting reports, and a site search doesn't turn up much either way. Does caffeine affect creatine? I use mono, does this mean I can't drink coffee?

Thanks

Re: Creatine and Caffeine

TBH I`ve never found anything to effect creatine uptake with me and I`ve mixed it with just about anything..

Re: Creatine and Caffeine

There has been one study that showed issues with creatine and caffeine, however it was poorly designed. Additionally many of the early studies that showed the ergogenic affects of creatine used coffee or tea as the solution.

Essentially, no issues if caff is at a sensible dose!
