Well I know I'm not the only person who finds they need to find a toilet within 30 minutes of drinking that stuff!

I have never used it, but hear from reviews at bb.com that it is very effective, coupled with a proper diet and training regime. Obviously more expensive than your generic stuff, but it's your money...

Thats probably true, suckered me in once and still makes me wanna go buy some of their stuff when i read their "articles" in the magazines.
