 | UDOs OIL How much of this do you take daily ( those that use it ) ? I normally use udos oil and just have two spoons in the morning and 2 at night , but just got given some soft gell versions , how many should i be lookin to take. Also has anyone here used Neptune Krill Oil , and how do you rate it ? Cheers in advance
