Karl - I worked in retail for almost 5 years, including two in Argos and 1 in Sainsbury's, and that is how it works. At the end of the day the manufacturer needs the retailer more than the retailer needs the manufacturer.

Tall - yep, that Weider stuff hasn't been available for a while... remember the "York" stuff? Why did that just look shifty?

When I was about 13, I always hoped that the York stuff was actually steroids - but no one had cottoned on to it... Then a mate who went to the gym told me it was just milk powder and sugar :( My dream of looking like a tanned adonis would have to be put on hold for a few years
