Any difference?

I notice some companies ( e.g my protien) offer zinc and magnesium and also offer ZMA aren't these products the same? or is there a subtle difference?

Re: Any difference?

ZMA is a trademark so no one can use this word unless using the original product from Snac Systems in the USA. We carry the 100% genuine ZMA from Snac Systems and also our version which is called Zinc & Magnesium. Breakdown of our Zinc & Magnesium:

Zinc (as zinc l-monomethionine) 15 mg 100%
Magnesium (as magnesium aspartate) 450 mg 112.5%
Vitamin B6 (as pyrodoxine hydrochloride) 10.5 mg 525%
Copper (as copper amino acid chelate) 1.5 mg *

Thanks

Re: Any difference?

ZMA is patented ASIK and has a specific ratio of zine to magnesium, etc.
