Re: H&B whey protein

Tbh it's pretty crap mate. I did get good results from their weight gainer though, best to use bulkpowders, myprotein or adonis, much cheaper and better.

Re: H&B whey protein

TBH i personally think whey is whey its all dried cows milk anyway so the name on the tin does not matter personally i have used it and i have not noticed any difference from that and the other one's i get!

I dont usually buy them cus of their name i buy them for their taste as i know they all do the same thing, MHO i would get some even if you keep it for spare!!!!!

It is what it is, WPC mostly, it will do the same g for g as any other, but it does taste a bit rank.

Re: H&B whey protein

their protoplex at 43 grams protien and essential aminos plus vitamins and minerals and all for £16.97 for 20 sachets i always get a few just save a bit of wonga and tastes better and worse than some but imo works! i gain and maintain muscle on it the same as i do with any good whey! so try it and see. cheap enough

Re: H&B whey protein

Have to agree - H+B whey doesn't taste the best and definitely wouldn't be my choice, although i do like their Protoplex MRP's.

Sometimes stock up on Vits from H+B when the offers are on, but they wouldn't be the best for BB supplements IMO.
