chebobs is on a distinguished road
There's so many, so whats the best?

Ok, so i've just reg'd with the forum and it looks pretty cool.

I've not even started yet with the gym nor a body building programme.
i guess you could say i enjoy jumping straight into the deep end, i'd like to know what you guys think is the best body building supplement going, i've heard creatine is pretty pants and to go with maxi muscle, when i decide to get started with starting to bulk up, put on weight and increase on body mass quite considerably i just wana be sure, im using the best thing available.

I'm very ill educated to be honest with all this supplement stuff but im sure soon enough il pick it all up and it'l sink in, i pretty much want the best thing next to steroids, obv not steroids due to the side effects that come with it.

Any help would be great
Cheers

creatine is 1 of the over the counter sups that does what it says m8
diet + train + rest when this is right add some supps (multi vits, glutamine, whey) you can't start with supps and work backwards m8 they arn't magic, you've chosen a good forum where youll get unbiased opinions, and cut threw the advertiseing hype.welcome aboard

Re: There's so many, so whats the best?

http://www.myprotein.co.uk

check this out just orderd whey protien, creatine and multi vits.
but as you allready said they are [supplements] they want make you grow they help you grow. so get a good diet plan sorted first i reckon.
if i could eat 6 solid meals a day i would so i have a protien shake to SUPPLEMENT it see what i mean.
ive also ordred tbomb11 a test booster never used anything like this before but when ive finished them i will repot back.
i think the first 3 i mentioned are the basic supps realy as to make ive tried a few this will be the first time ive used myprotien so i cant say anything else on that but they have had good reports of people of this great site.
thanks budgie:gun::crazy:

Have you not heard of megasuplalazybastard?

One tablet before breakfast and one at dinner and you can gain 10lbs of lean muscle WEEKLY!

No training required...

But seriously, there is no magic formula, the best supplement you can get is hard work, not going to get any gains without that!

you dont need any supplements if you've just started

the response to the lifting will be enough
