Oh yes, very, very nasty stuff, 2.5g in Pink Grapefruit squash is bearable but gets old really quick, I'd go for the caps or tabs, just generic ones though, as name brand is the same just more expensive, and stay away from Kre Alkylene (sp), Buffered Creatine caps, despite label claims it gives the worst $hits of any creatine, and did not feel anywhere near as good as regular CEE.

They do a berry blast flavour pack which seems to mask the taste

I have and I've got to admit it does a great job at masking the taste. I also add in a little dextrose or flavoured WMS.

ive gone for the mono as ive read that its not all that and its nice and cheap

what dose would you guys take?? im thinking of 5g pre workout and the same post workout.

Ive used the Tabs for 6 months now on and off and noticed straight away using them i got a big fat pump while training.

yeah the creatine is good but get the caps mate cos the powder is discusting to stomach

I use CEE and don;t know whether it's the correct way to take it but always add it to my PWO shake. As I drink this quite quickly I can handle the taste being masked with my protein flavouring.
