new member advice

hi everyone i used to train a long time ago and have just dusted of the weight bench and am going to start training again in the new year. can enyone suggest the best supplements to use i heard that maximuscle was a good one there are so many on the market now also is it best to use a seperate creatine supplement aswell i want to get really good results i really want to bulk up to a good size i am 10 and a half stone and 5ft10 any help would be great thanks alot guys

Hello mate,dont worry about supplements at this time.

Concentrate on sorting yourself a good routine and eating at least 6 solid meals a day.Except for post workout base these foods predominantly around complex carbs,lean proteins and efa's.

However given your stats you can afford,and will probably benefit,from a few "cheat" meals a week.

Stay away from maximuscle,overhyped and overpriced imo.

thanks lads my diet is not good at the momment i dont eat much before 10am then its a packed lunch ham sallad rolls crisps and stuff then sometimes skip lunch or something from the cafe then i have a meal at home i work as a builder so its hard to stop and eat during the day to snack got any ideas also i need a diet to follow as i normally just eat what ever she cooks alot of jacket potatos spag boll lasagne sausage and mash i have a large dinner i can eat alot but my weight normally hovers around the 10 and a half to 11 stone mark i started training when i was 15 at a spit and sawdust gym with alot of big guys and power lifters although i have not trained properly for about 4 years i do sometimes pick up the dumbells and do some curls i am very lean and my biceps are 12 and a half inches my forearms are 12 inches my cheast is 38 inches and my waist is 32 i think i have good definition but really want to bulk up. shall i post some pictures
