![]() | supps. Supplements for this year as things are gonna be taken more seriously. multi vits : Creatine caps: omega three caps; cod liver oil caps: milk thistle caps: Is there anything i could be taking to help me bulk up more , and help me have a healthier lifestyle. |

Training and diet should come before supps. Basic supps are Whey, Fish Oil, Creatine, Strong Multivit with Minerals, Glucosamine.
