supps.

Supplements for this year as things are gonna be taken more seriously.

multi vits :

Creatine caps:

omega three caps;

cod liver oil caps:

milk thistle caps:


Is there anything i could be taking to help me bulk up more , and help me have a healthier lifestyle.

Dave,your overall diet and lifestyle will determine the gains you make not the addition of the occasional supplement.

If you havn't done so already,post up your diet and training in the relevant section for guidance

^^^ Agreed.

Training and diet should come before supps.

Basic supps are Whey, Fish Oil, Creatine, Strong Multivit with Minerals, Glucosamine.
