a question on creatine and tribulus

Have just started on another creatine (and tribulus) cycle before i hit the gear again.

I am just putting my creatine in with my whey, glutamine and maltodextrin at the mo. You reckon this is okay or should creatine be taken seperate to protein? I cant see what difference it makes.

Also when i take my other servings whilst loading, how much malto should i use?

As i have finished my PCT from the last cycle i am giving myself a few more weeks off and thought that tribulus might be a good idea to use just to make sure that my natural test levels are back to full strength, Any views? Anyone else used this after a cycle, is it any good? All my supplements at the moment are reflex too.

I use the Tribex product myself and just bought another 3 bottles and yes this is good stuff.
Tribulus is good, it does help.

I've just started using san tribuvar today. Will let you know how I get on. Its only the second tribulus product I've had. The first one was I think the twinlab one which was pretty cheap and did nothing for me.

This san tribuvar stuff is the mutts nuts. Very strong indeed. Not too good for the ol' road rage though. I lost my rag with some old guy in a camper van going the wrong way round a one way car park yesterday.

sorry to butt into your thread philipe but i am always confused when it comes to creatine because everybody says something different

What is the best way to use it, which is the best product, actually mix it in with grape juice, glutamine, maltrodexin??

Sorry to be a noob but creatine p1sses me off as there is so much hype, hysteria and stories about it.

The key to taking creatine is to spike insulin to shuttle it into the muscle. So taking a protein and slowing it down dosn't make sence. Take creatine without anything else and take it with a dextrose sugar. Dextrose sugar spikes insulin more than any other sugar or carb. Grape juice is a dextrose sugar, take it with that. I know you are on a loading cycle and you think that if you just get into the body you will be ok. Well I have tried that and it just dosn't work to the fullest.
