Injectable Glutamine
hi, i was asking about injectable glutamine, i dont know why the hell my thread got deleted... any way my source is carring injectable glutamine, my question was has anyone tried this.if so what were the results.

your thread got deleted because you put it into the Steroid section when it is a supplement....guys you know the rules concerning post and where you need to put them.

If everyone just posted where they liked then you would not be able to find the appropriate information when you need it...

when your post gets deleted look at why it was deleted and re-post it in the correct section without the little digs concerning it being deleted...

hi chris.... injectable glutamine im guessing will just go straight into your system rather than be absorbed by you gut... so will aid your recovery quicker.. ( i haven't tried it ) but there's a few studies that say glutamine ain't too effective, yet there's studies to say that it is...

how did you find the powdered stuff at recovery????

Never heard of it mate, and IMO it will be a waste, or dangerous even.

i agree also, its probably an injectable version of the glutamine drops, way over priced and useless imo

hi... thank for the response.... i had good results with the glutamine supplement especially during cutting.. i did notice a anticatabolic effect from it... i thought maybe i would try the injection version since it could be much more efficient...

the source selling it comes in 500 iu per ml... and it isnt that expensive...

has anyone heard of glutamine in iu??? i have only heard it in mg... how much iu would equal mg??

As long as you have sufficient amounts of protein and water you really shouldnt need anything to help with recovery.

Only amino acids I supplement with directly are Creatine (cell volumization) and BCAA (to help with enhanced protein synthesis)

How did you notice this? Sorry to sound arsy but how the hell can you tell if one supplement like glutamine is anti-catabolic? Surely that would mean whenever your not on it your getting muscle breakdown?
