Re: MRP'S

I did use Choc Mint and Strawberry from MyProtein. The Choc Mint tastes really good, but I've noticed I get pretty bad head aches after drinking them.

Don't know if anyone else has had this? Gonna try Extreme next or just go with oats and some pro pep that I intend to try when my tub of whey runs out.

Re: MRP'S

making your own seems to be the best idea mate, as you can make it with your own desired amount of protein and carbs

Re: MRP'S

Muscle Milk is good IMO, bit more fat than your average MRP's but a nice 340kcals per serving.

Re: MRP'S

Muscle Milk as a whole has quite a bit of fat in it. Probably good for cutting on if you restrict your carbs.

Have you tried the Muscle Milk oats Jimmy? Now they are nice!
