Glycerine
Do you think regular run of the mill Glycerine would do a similar job to plasma expanders like plasmavol, ive noticed quite a few products list glycerol or some form of glycerine in...ive just found some in the cupboard so was thinking of giving it a go..any thoughts on how much pre training..or should i stop being a tight ar$e and try plasmavol

Funny you should say this but I've just started taking (as of Saturday) 25g Corn Flour, 5g Creatine, 25g Whey and 30ml of Glycerine as a pre and post workout drink.

I have noticed some increased vascularity and some good pumps. Going to continue taking it for the next few weeks and then speak to TimyTom for a sample of PlasmaVol and compare.

ooh i didnt know there where samples of plasmavol..Have you got any Tom i'll pay you for them, im doing squats in an hour i'll take some glycerine with my kre alkalyn now then see what happens

the reason why I dont send out samples is because I could be held liable for an empty bottle that I supply that contains contaminants.

Of course if you send me a bottle to fill thats different apparently.

Also Im tight. You're getting free supplements and you want a free bottle as well!!!!!!

Tom kindly sent me my PlasmaVol in one of those Urine Specimine containers... When it arrived it was a bit warm, yellowey in colour and smelled a bit like roast beef/monster much/sugar puffs.

Gave me wicked pumps though
