Supplements for the youth.

Yeah I was jus wondering what supplements are safe for mid teens (16 year-17 year olds). Im considering buying a weight gainer but I dont know how much it will actually work and if its safe (depletion of appetite) in addition with some whey. Some ppl tell me creatine can be harmful.

Should I jus stick with whey for now?

Re: Supplements for the youth.

Hi mate, before you think about supplements a solid diet should be in place. Supplements are not the answer if your diet is poor. What is your current diet?
