| Still on the first step - its huge! | Getting Suppliments right Hey folks, Now that I've settled into getting my diet and training back on track, I'm looking at how I suppliment this. Given that at the moment my aim is to burn fat (I reckon Im 25%bf at a guess). Im training mornings before work from 7AM-8AM. Anyway, what I'm considering : 6AM - Whey Protein (WPC80?) + Creatine (CEE?) (alongside oats + coffee) 7AM-8AM training 8AM - Hydrolysed Whey Protein + Waxy Maize Starch (with water) Additional ALCAR - 3 Times per day (Sesamin also mentioned?) Omega 369 oil (to add to my daily food like tuna as its tinned so not oily, I also eat salmon) - or am I better off with some kind of fish oil tablets? Any input and general poking in the right direction here would be great Thanks,

| Still on the first step - its huge! | Re: Getting Suppliments right Hey thanks for the reply. At the moment I get my extra fat from peanut butter, nuts and salmon (twice a week). So its for those other times, but I am conscious that Im not getting enough omega 3 etc as I eat tinned tuna (most days) and salmon only twice a week. So was considering that Omega 369 oil so I could mix it with stuff Im eating as needed.

| Still on the first step - its huge! | Re: Getting Suppliments right Ok, Ive ordered this stuff. I was just thinking, is there any reason not to make one shake with Protein, Creatine, Alcar and Flax oil in it? Taste aside that is... Or is it better for absorbtion or anything to take individually? That would be my morning shake each day.

| Still on the first step - its huge! | Re: Getting Suppliments right Just as a follow up to this. Im mixing CEE, Alcar and the Protein. Seems fine. Does have a background bitter taste, but I can put up with it. Not an enjoyable drink though. Same really as the Hydrolysed Protein + WMS. Thats not the nicest tasting thing, but still goes down ok. I found the pre-mixed pre and post shakes much better tasting, just didnt have the nutrient mix I was after. Ill be running with this for a while to see what progress I make. I do know though that the Alcar does give me a bit of a kick. Id say its really good for making you focussed when taken about 1hr before training.
