Hello all, I got some of these this morning ( I have posted on another forum but as much feed back and opinions are welcome! ) and I took one! Im a big fella about 20 stone and well its been 6 and a half hours and I have not felt any thing. - tell a lie I had a dry throat earlier!

So I was wondering could it be due to moments after taking one I drank a protein shake and eat 2 bits of toast?

Should I take two instead of one due to my size?

Should I naff these off and get some T5's instead?

And they come in a little toy grenade, about £30, strongest fat burners on the handle,somepeople rate them you may need another,dry mouth is one of the sides.
T5's have 60mg of F in,they are quite strong,

Yea, I wanted to start gentle which is why I got these! Must admit the grenade is cool and I have it next to my airsoft grenade, yes im sad!

At least with the dry mouth I know it has kinda worked ^_^

Take them on an empty stomach away from food....

Another way it to just let fatburners disolve in the mouth and allow the saliva to have a go first before you swallow the ingredients.. Used to be my prefered method but most people can`t handle the taste of the stronger ingrediants after the capsules have disolved...

Ok I will try that! lol, when you say on empty stomach, how long before food should I take one? Thanks also

trake em before your cardio in the morning, so that will be about 45 mins or so before food

I used to have a lot of Designer Ergogenics 'Rage' that were even stronger I think. When they ran out, I actually contacted the factory that makes Grenades to see if they could replicate Rage as the girl I spoke to, in person there, reckoned they could. They knew damn well what was in them when I approached them as I told them it was Ma Huang but when, at thier request, I sent them a sample & the packaging they analysed them and said that Ma Huang is a banned substance & they could not make it......... :suspiciou

i use the pink grenades and i get a right kick of them makes my work out a lot more intense , gives me personally a lot more drive during my sets , just my 2pence worth

Thats interesting, I didnt know Ma Huang was banned.

I heard the grenade fat burners are realy potent. I was gonna buy some at one point but went for clen instead.

Clen? What is that I heard it mentioned a few times. Well I woke up at 6:55 today took one straight away, didnt eat untill 8am and nothing again.
I dont even feel hot. I have not all morning :/ Had slight dry throat earlier.

Tomo I will try two maybe let them disolve a bit on my tounge first. I think I will end up doing 3 a time but I dont wanna jump straight to three.
