| Re: Is this good for you? vasodilation is cool, but I have my doubts that they are worth anything like they charge, that stuff is very pricey. Creatine is much cheaper and totally proven. L-arginine is a vasodialator too, and will boost GH output.

| Re: Is this good for you? Personally I like the Cellmass and NOxplode combination. I dont really rate NItrix. There's a lot more to Cellmass and NOXplode than just CEE, arginine, Niacin and Glycerol. If your wallet can't stretch to these then you can find alternatives from bulk powder suppliers. I havent used Myprotein's pulse so cant comment (I did get a sample when I was dieting but I've mislaid it lol)

Yeah i have to agree that the No-xplode and cellmass combination is realy good. I can get them both for £50 and they will last me ages. 1 scoop of each on training days. The nitrix is a waste of time though.
