Supplements for fat loss

Any good supplements out there to help loose weight that are safe? I dont want ephedrine or anything that might cause any health issues, not because i think its unsafe, but because i dont have enough knowledge in diet/supplements to balance it right just yet.....

I dont need to burn anything dramastic, just something to kind of give me a slight push....

Any advice would be great, thanks!

drop your carbs and up your cardio - better than any supplement and I've tried loads!

Xedra cut by USN is very good - not only is it one of the best thermogenics on the market but it also is quite a strong appetite suppressant and energy booster.

As poweru said though - eating a clean, low to moderate carb diet and doing regular cardio are the primary concerns. Supplements like xedra cut can just give you that little bit extra. I always use a fat burner first thing in the morning before a 25min run when I'm dieting.
