Just saw my friend, aint seen him for about 3 months he's eatting SO LITTLE. yet he has still gained alot of weight and has bulked up so much.. he's only taking


MAXIMUSCLE PROGAIN, and WEIDER ADVACED FORMULA CRASH WEIGHT GAINER

2 things to consider.

1) Is he telling the complete truth about what he's taking? How his diet is?

2) Genetics.

I know this guy so well.. he tells me he only eats about two meals a day...

this guy is about 6foot and he weighs 12 and half stone...

at the start he was very toned. but he's put so much weight on, BULKED UP BIG TIME.

also he takes "body fortress food supplement tablets"

He must have been really skinny then and just started to fill out his frame as he isn't even out of the 'OK' on the BMI scale....thats how i size people up roughly without taking bf% into acount. Going from that, he must just look average now?

Pay him a visit in another 3months time. At 12 & a half stone now, he wont get much bigger on 2 meals day unless each meal is around 2000cals each?!

its randomization knowledge,, he has no idea about meals ect.. your prob right.. he has filled out alot,,, pretty much like me,, he just has a bigger frame, looks bigger ;e his arms are pretty big though :(

How old is he? Some people just hit a certain age and BANG! They get noticeably bigger quite quickly.

I'm not sure I follow properly - he was 12 1/2 stone or is 12 1/2 stone?

Cos at 6ft if he is 12 1/2 he's pretty small imo regardless of how ripped he is.

Hell I'm 5'11" 15st and very low BF and i'm not big dude......suppose it depends on what big is eh?

Genetics might get him so far but as has been said he wont get much further without decent food intake mate....
