Egg white powder

I was thinking about getting some egg white protein powder to up my protein intake a little and was wondering if anyone has tried this stuff?

If you not tried it what are your views on it?

Was coming back to this thread to say this. Cant even taste it when mixed with protein powders? Way better as your protein source.

I go through between 80 - 100 eggs a week (avg 16/day)! I can also produce a strange green cloud out of my ar$e!!

I wouldn't say that they are TBH but i do it anyway, there is a chance of the egg containing bacteria which could result in salmonella!

If there British ones and in date then theres a very low chance of salmonella....i use myproteins LEW just to be on the safe side - but more so cuz im a lazy fuker and it's easier just pouring straight from a carton

Second that.. but can you really stomach cooked egg everyday!! I cant so raw eggs mixed in protein is very easy to do day in and out.

Re: Egg white powder

microwave them for 1.5 mins then blend em and drink em wit your whey, body can assimlate more of the protien in them this way and theres less chance of salmonella

also can sprinkle whey protien say over my porridge for more intake?
would you do this before its cooked or after, done in a micro

Never tried the egg white powder but i have bought from them many times. Great company and great prices, sister company to reflex. All their range is a more basic version on reflx products.
