   | PreWO Drinks Who has used any of these and whats your opinion ? Gaspari SuperPump 250 BSN NO-Xplode Dorian Yates Ultimate NOX Pump Formula Never really been a fan of PreWO drinks but going to give them a try mainly after increased energy and focus.. Cheers.. |

  | Re: PreWO Drinks Not a lot of people have tried it but PlasmaVol is awesome. Not an AKG product like NOX etc but a plasma expander. If anyone wants to try it let me know and I'll give you a code for a discount on MOSN. Its more expensive per serving than others but the results are awesome.

| Re: PreWO Drinks God now you're asking. The way I understand it NOX products allow expansion of the capillaries so that more blood can enter the muscle. Plasma expanders allow expansion of the blood plasma so that more water and maybe RBC can be carried in it. Thats just a stab in the dark though, probably someone else here knows more. All I know is that with NOX products I get a good pumped feeling but with Plasmavol I get that feeling plus a super hard feeling to the muscles indicating that they are full with water as well. The main ingredients in it are Glycerol and D-mannitol. Glycerol has been used by bbers for ages to pull more water into the muscle at contest time.

| Re: PreWO Drinks Yeah its not cheap. £29.45 with the UKM discount from MOSN (£3.27 a workout) I normally save it for my upper body workouts as it doesnt seem to work as well on Quads or hams.
