crazycacti Fat and bulking... Join Date: Jun 2004 Location: Isle of Man/Newcastle Posts: 1,417	Optimum Nutrition Whey... Is the 100% Whey Isolate from Optimum Nutrition any good??? At £50 for a 10lb bag i'm a little cautious since that sound a little too cheap for 10lbs of good whey, anyone used this before??
