Hi guys,

Where do you get your melatonin from?

Also, I remember reading about another sleep supp' which was basically a protein/amino acid? I can't remember what it's called...

I'm sure L-tryptophan (sp?) is supposed to aid sleep and iirc banana's are a good source for this.

5-HTP, increases melatonin, thats probably what you where thinking off, HTP (hydroxy Tryptophan - similar to what coop said)

You cant buy Melatonin in the shops, (you can buy 5 HTP, and I think even Tryptophan has come back on the market, which should be more effective).

You can however get it on line from Europe or the US, I picked up a couple of huge bottles last year, and they are next to nothing about $12 I think I paid for them.

It works well for me, but take it a couple of hours before sleep as it takes time to kick in.
