who still uses disslicated liver tabs and alfa alfa? Also spiralina supposed to be a very healthy supplement my mate takes in the mrning as a drink and makes him feel great all day to good to be true but i gota beleive him...!

I find my cardio is a lot better i can train for longer, If im doing muay thai or pad work i can definetly last longer Dessicated liver is a good source of haemoglobin iron which helps circulate more oxygen around your blood giving you more energy, its also a good source of protien and vitamin A.
The alfalfa have kelp is aswell which obviously along with a good diet keeps my metabolism ticking over, and alfalfa contains loads of minerals and antioxidants, i cant say i feel amazingly different when taking them, but i dont feel amazingly different when taking a protein or amino acid supplement, its just something i take and would recommend.

I know OSC advocates these. I have taken before but it was not for a long time. And i used Holland and barrat stufff whicch i am begining to think is s*it!!

I was recently talking to Ron Kosoloff about these supps, he used to work with Vince Gironda and advocates liver tabs and aminos and glandulars etc. about a week before i phoned to make my order i got a gout attack!! and one thing that is not good for gout is glandulars :-( im a bit gutted because he rates them highly and i was looking forward to trying them. maybe when my gouts cleared up i will give them a go. :beer1:

in my left foot had a coupleof attacks a few years ago but got it again now and its lingered for....2 months ish. my thumbs been hurting today and i just hope i haveen't got it there too now! i have been drinking concentrated cherry juice with normal cherry jjuice twice per day along with cherry capsuels although i have dropped down to just one capsule per day as they are running out and are expensive. i was taking bromaline, still taking celery extract, fish oils etc. and ofcourse anti inflamatory tabs.
