Ramair57 Newbie Trainer Join Date: Jun 2004 Posts: 37	acetyl l-carnitine worth taking? My sister is trying to lose some weight, and I thought that efa's and acetyl l-carnitine may help her. She plans on doing the south beach diet. What do you guys think? Is acetyl lcarnitine worth her money, or should we skip it
