Is four hours between ephedrine pills enough? - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

I am currently taking an ephedrine fat burner (some eca stack) that requires me to take 2 capsules 3x per day (six total). I usally take two when I wake up and than two more four hours after, with the last four hours after that. Is this enough time in between; I dont want to overdose on the stuff. The reason I dont want to space them out longer is that if I wait more than four hours, my last dose in pretty late and than I cant sleep

Should be ok. Just keep an eye on your blood pressure and heart rate.
