Does not seem like a good buy to me at all, and I've also yet to taste one of those RTD's that did not make me want to puke. Met Rx are a huge company, and I would assume have a pretty big budget for flavour research but theirs is rank, I'd hate to taste a cheaper version, :puke:

Both have about 20g Protein, milk is a combo of whey and casein, taste aside, I think £2 for 20g of protein is a huge ripoff. If you want something that tastes nice, get a liter of choc milk, and end up with more protein for less money. Unless your gonna tell me there is 100mg of dbol per carton, you'll never convince me that it is anywhere near value for money.
