Just checked havent got the full break down on me - can get it for u on monday when im back at work all i have is this - soz . It has 20.1g of protein and 40g of CHO but as i said i cant break it down further into simple n complex carbs till monday .

also have this :

mammoth the weight gainer for me works a treat, so hopefully this should work well 2.

£2 for 20g of protein! A pint of milk would give you about the same.

Does not seem like a good buy to me at all, and I've also yet to taste one of those RTD's that did not make me want to puke.

Met Rx are a huge company, and I would assume have a pretty big budget for flavour research but theirs is rank, I'd hate to taste a cheaper version, :puke:

are u talking about Met RX Uk or Met RX usa? MET-RX UK? HOLLAND and BARRET? share the same ware house.......both taste poop? Has it not crossed ur mind that they may be manufactured by the same company? hmmmmmm. You can hardly compare milk to this product, completely different. The tasters put out before we stocked the product to our gyms and clients all recieved top marks, hence why we got it in.

Why not?

Both have about 20g Protein, milk is a combo of whey and casein, taste aside, I think £2 for 20g of protein is a huge ripoff.

If you want something that tastes nice, get a liter of choc milk, and end up with more protein for less money.

Unless your gonna tell me there is 100mg of dbol per carton, you'll never convince me that it is anywhere near value for money.

Nytol I havent tried to......I just said their totaly diff products and shouldnt be compared.
