Unsure of supplements

Hi all.
Im new to bodybuilding and getting my gym tomorrow, only a cheap multigym but it will do me for the time i guess. Anyway iv been on a website called myprotein.co.uk and i like there prices, although there seems to be masses of different supplements on offer and im confused on what i should go for. I was thinking of going for hurricane XS as the price is good and it contains Creapure® Creatine: 5g, L-Glutamine: 5g, and HMB: 1.5g per serving. Should i go for this? Would it be all i need to put on the weight and muscle im after? Should i get other things with it? Or is there anything better that you would recommend i take instead of this product? Any help from you guys is much appreciated

Regards
Chris

Sounds like a decent product, but it will not be "all you need to put on the weight and muscle you are after".
I recommend these supplements for your lifestyle they WILL add the mass you want:

Training (Consistent and appropriate)
Diet (Consistent and appropriate)
Time (Patience and dilligence)

Other than that keep learning.

myprotein.co.uk will become famous soon enough
Re: Unsure of supplements

Hurricane XS Formula is a great "all in one" supplement. As mentioned above it is only useful when you nail the other areas as well training\diet.

Thanks

I think we've got the message in this thread - Hurricane XS is a very good product at an affordable price and gets very good reviews!

self promotion or just my overly suspicious nature??

Yep Del has hit the name on the head.

IMO take the money you was gonna spend on supplements and go and buy some steak

Supplements are not needed to grow PERIOD, most of them are just hype.

Re: Unsure of supplements

No supplement has ever given me any noticeable gain apart from whey protein, and that's simply because it's convenient and easy to get the extra protein inside me.

Re: Unsure of supplements

Thanks all for your replys. The main reason im going for hurricane xs is because it contains both creatine and proteins plus amino acids. Id rathers have it all from one product rather than buying multiple products plus i like the price of it as some out there are really expensive. In addition to the multigym i will also be getting a bench and free weights when i feel more confident. Again thanks for all your help, much appreciated.

Also, paramaniac, i have nothing to do with myprotein.co.uk and in no way trying to promote there products. Im simply just a newbie looking for an all in one product at a good price to help me on my way.

Hi I am fairly new to all this bodybuilding stuff as well, however health and fitness i am not and I as well as everyone else on here knows that protein and BCAA's are not the same you need both for productive muscle gains.:lift:
