well i've had it 4 times now and i have to say i think that this stuff is the dogs bollocks. I really do. first supplement in a long time i feel has actually made a difference. i can't explain actually what is is but it just seem to make me feel more recovered than dextros or malto. recomend it to anyone who's not tried it. i have been having it with creatine and some amino's and then having my whey 20 mins later and this seems to work well. i know its only a week but i really feel it has made a difference.

Do a search, and read about the WMS/Corn Starch thing, I only use Corn Starch now, exactly the same, loads cheaper, and you can get it in ASDA.

ive just discovered wms, but not sure when to take it, im curious about the corn starch thing also, could you please tell more, like when to take it and stuff.thanks

I've always taken my WMS (I now use Vitargo as its infinately better) with Whey 20 minutes after my CEE so thats about 30 minutes after WO.

WMS is disgusting to drink on its own. Try it and you'll see. I dont beleive that there's much benefit to having it on its own rather than with Whey, PWO your body will absorb everything fast due to the depleted state its in.

Just my opinion based on my own experience.

I have always used maltodextrin pwo, but I have a couple of questions:

1) What does WMS/Cornflour Taste like?
2) Is there any benefit/drawback to mixing WMS with Maltodextrin?

To me, WMS reminds me of custard powder I used to have as a bairn (birds I think it was).

I have hydrolised whey & WMS & Creapure as PWO, though Ive just got some BCAAs in tab form as well so Ill be washing these down. Not sure about timing if I should split any of this lot up. I dont mind the taste.

If your not using insulin than add 5 g of leucine and a couple of g's dlpa your hwp as it has been shown to cause the most significant insulin raise.
