Think this will be good for newbies as well as us to glance over for ideas. So, how about we all share what we're doing PWO?

I've been taking it for 2 weeks (I wouldn't have dared, but Nytol tried it & said it tastes exactly the same as WMS so I thought I'd give it a go). My body deffo feels fuller PWO than when I used dextrose. It hasn't taken any adverse effect on me yet, but it does taste rank.

Ah bollox. Damn abbreviations lol. I searched post workout not PWO. ![]() I notice some of you have carbs quite low imo. I usually shoot for 80-100g of simple carbs PWO- more insulin the better. Of course i manipulate my daily intake for this. Anyone else have carbs this high PWO? | |

(has to be fast acting liquid supps immed post w/o imo...solid foods would take too long to work as effectively) but my 2 scoops of whey is 20g's and I think I could do with more than that (more like 30 -35g) I also have both Dextrose and Maltodextrin approx 50g (combined) and 10g Glutamine and 6 BCAA's.
