Sida Cordifolia, ok for me of not

hi lads

as you prob know im 18 years old and wanted to know if sida cordifolia is ok for me to take along with green tea extract and caffiene so i can loose a slight be of fat so i can clearly see my 6-pack. Im not fat just wanna clearly see 6 pack as small amount of fat is covering it.

my diet and training are good (iv posted my diet before and had checked and adjustments made)

so is sida cordifolia ok? or is there something more suited for my age?

dont know what you mean - something more suited for your age?

SC is good in my opinion. I use it for a boost before my workouts. I dont use it for fat loss anymore. The buzz you can get from it is good.

I would definately recommend it. I liked the CNP stuff.

wht would you think of dosage:

9:00 - 500mg green tea (contains 80mg caffeine), 200mg caffeine, Sida Cordifolia 300mg
16:30 - 500mg green tea, 100mg caffeine, sida cordifolia 300mg


Is that ok?

That sounds like a lot of green tea tbh; you'd probably really only need 300mg tops I would have thought.

As for Sida, it's a funny supp; for some people it works wonders, but for others it has no effect whatsoever. See how you go with it.

If those don't work you can always try the tried-and-tested ECA stack: Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin.

Hmmmm, personnaly I would drop the caffine if it were me but then again, I know what my body can take and what it cant.

For you, green tea, caffine and SC maybe a little high given that some SC tabs contain green tea and caffine any way. Read the lable first.

Try the SC on its own to start with and then add the other supps as you go along. They state with SC to start with a half doseage and then build up. I did do that with my first course for a few days but now I jump straight in as I am aware of the effects. As a first time user I would break myself in slowly as it could send you mad if you are sitting at home working like I was.


As for the timing, each person is different. I train at 07.00hrs each morn so taking it at 06.00 was not a problem for me. I then took my second doeage (300mg (2tabs)) at around 13.00hrs. They suggest no later than this time as it could effect sleep. If you train in the afternoons or evenings it may be different as you are expending energy as I would not be.

ok thanks leeston, ill just try the SC for afew days then add in caffeine and green tea if needed. i got the SC from myprotein doesnt say anything about containing green tea and caffeine but ill still just stick with it by itself for afew days

Hi , im about 1/4 of my way through my first bottle of refelx sida cor and it seems to be doing ok ? I can see some veins in my arms and have lost 2 lbs BUT at the same im also doing alot of cardio , more than i usally would anyways . I take 2 caps twice daily if that helps .

I tried it once for about 3 weeks and didn't really get anything from it, apart from a slightly dodgy heart.

I would just diet down, these things are only needed for the last bit of fat... and normally people will use other things.

Green tea + alcar, and some lecithin would be a healthier option.

I've just used the Sida from bulkpowders and to be honest it wasn't what I hoped it to be, lost a few pounds but I couldn't say for sure that it was the sida as I've added cardio and got my diet clean. Going to give it a few weeks then use ECA.

I would go with ECA, im now just starting my 2nd cycle after be off it for 2 weeks, last nights workout was extream to say the least!! bit sore this morning though.

I would consider ECA as well..Sida is good but the likes of EPH25+ are excellent if you tolerant
