Sorry to harp on about ECA Stack. I started taking it this morning. Should i be feeling any effects yet? I'm taking it first thing in the morning and at lunch time. I was hoping to be all hot, sweaty and hyper but so far nothing. Am i being too impatient?

How much are you taking? I tried it once but left out the asprin, i had 16mg ephedrine and 200mg caffine like you i took first thing in the morning and by 10am i could feel body temp rising. Did'nt get no hyperactive feeling though.

Well you see that's the thing. I got the pills (little white ones) from my cousin. He said take two twice a day but didnt know how many ml's were in each tab. I'll give it a couple more days then if there's no rise in temp i'll up the dosage to three. What d'ya think? How are they working out for you by the way?

Knock it up to 3 each time you take them mate, I take 3 with caff and asprin in a morning 45 minutes before I hit the gym then I take another 3 with caff and asprin about 2pm. Give it whirl that way mate it's trial and error.

I like your style Nidge. The aspirin i have are 300mls but some of the guys have said that you just need half that. Is that what you are on? How long you been taking ECA and what results you had mate?

You should be feeling the effects of Eph within 30 mins IMO/IME. Definetely a warm feeling within the hour!

Mate 3 ephies, caffeine and asp has me climing the walls lol . If you don't feel it then Mahoney then your ephies might be duff.

They work mate, i've read up since and found some have a higher tolerance. I started taking 4 in the morning and 4 lunch time. One day left. They've worked a treat mate.

Saying that, i had also bought some off an internet site and to be honest i don't think they were any good at all. Didn't feel anything.

Real ephies should have a W in the middle. They're the only ones I'd trust. I've come across so many that are just weak amphetamine.

Funny you should say that. They had a kinda similar feeling when i took them. Not freeky big eyes and raging paranoia but a slight rush feeling. Didnt feel my body temp getting higher or anything. Couldn't be a*sed eating tho. Apparently that's the main way eph make you lose weight. Don't think i'll be taking em again anyway unless some time in the distant future i might get the actual marketed ECA pills. Failing just go for Hydroxycut it's meant to be good too.

Ouch, stay away from hydroxycut mate. Or anything made by muscletech in that case. Overpriced sh1te. In fact be very weary of products like that.

From what you said I would maybe stop them. Ephie is something that is faked so easily. Just think, all they are are littlewhite things. What you have and so many people I know is most likely just speed.

I would honestly put your time into researching your diet and getting it **** hot. This will yeild far quicker results. I can get down to single figures body fat and it's taken literally years of research regarding my own diet to be able to do this.

That's them finished now anyway ma friend, cheers for the warning anyway. Hydroxy that bad is it? I know it's costly but i thought it would be good. Just goes to show how wrong you can be. I'm making diet my main concern now, noticed that i'm starting to see the bottom abs. I'm no expert but to me that's a good sign. Either that or a have big fat tits instead lol

Going on holiday soon so obviously looking uber trim is the main thang just now but when i get back it's time to pack on the muscle. Cheers again for the info, very much appreciated.
