Just wondering where all you guys get your udo's from and what is the price usually???

monster supplements is an online company that do discounted Udo's choice with free delivery. But normaly i get mine from a health store in town.

Fish oil is better than UDO's for most, as the majority of us get too much Omega 6 in out diet and not enough Omega 3, but I am sure there have been many threads on this topic.

Now UDO's digestive enzymes are another story, highly recommended, even if they are a bit pricey.

fishy fats arew mostly omega 6... specialy fish like salmon and mackeral. Udos has a equal blend of omega 3 and 6 anyways... Id still stick by it. The enzymes have had quite a few good reviews..never tried them. If you go for them tell us how u get on with them.

Just let you lads no I would be short in omega 3 6 9 as I dont eat seafood at all! Cant stand the taste of the stuff and fish is just plain horrible but I so wish I did like it, would add a hole new lease on what I am able to eat for protein count! :( it seriously taste like cat food.... LOL

Udos is a 2:1:1 ratio of 3:6:9

There is still no need to supplement Omega 6 in most people diet.

Good service, they came the next day, but I am trying to get them wholesale as they are over priced IMO, but very good, I am still very hungry most of the time.

how many capsules do you take a day mate? 1 with each meal?

Yes, I have just been taking one with each meal, they are expensive, so if cost is an issue, I'd suggest maybe taking 1 with each big meal, (if you have such a thing).

On the pot it says you may require 2 with a heavy meal, but 1 is working very well indeed for me.
