![]() | caffiene After reading about eca i've decided to go down the eca path. Well, the ec part of it anyway. Is the aspirin side of it really required? If so what does it do and does anyone know where i can get hold of caffiene? Thanks. |

![]() | Re: caffiene Ok, ordered caffiene, bought apirin (300mg pills from asda will these do?) and have got ephidrine on the way. Is this all the right stuff? What would you guys recommend as dosage? I'm not fat, just carrying that extra belly/luv handle flab that i would like to try and get rid of over the next 5 weeks as i'm starting out in the weight training world. I was thinking about taking it in the morning when i get up and about lunch time. |

I'd take one eph, (20-30mg), and one caff (200mg), plus the 150mg of aspirin, 1 dose in the morning and one at lunch sounds good to me. The 1st week, you will notice some pronounced stimulation I'd imagine, this will subside after a couple of weeks.

Do you not run to supplement your Thai? If not try it, it will help a great deal with your ring fitness. You don't need to run 10 miles, get a heart rate monitor and get your rate up to 80-90% for short bursts (2-4minutes), then back off a bit, then go back up, 10 minutes is all you will need. I used to do this when I grappled, it was excellent for cardio fitness.
