Nope, thats nothing out of the ordinary.

I wouldn't rely on them though. Just use them for what they are which is suppliments

Whey on waking and pwo, when else are you taking it?

Other than that supps look fine to me.Obviously whole food is preferred but this isnt always practicable that is why you have the mrp i guess.Multi vit and efa's are essential and nowt wrong with a decent pre workout formula.

Re: am taking and relying on too many supps?

imo,...it depends if its replacing solid food with good reason,....

if your still getting in at least 4 solids then sticking the whey and mrp's in between is the only way to get the meal count up ,....

but if your using Mrp's and whey as a replacement for meals then really, i,d say have another look at the diet,...

suppliments by definition are supposed to "suppliment" the diet,.....not replace it...

if you struggle with appitite b12 is good too,.....but orally i aint too sure if it has much effect,...

Re: am taking and relying on too many supps?

its i only take them like that coz i work shifts and also do martial arts and i find it difficult to make and prepare any more food, apart from the mrp every meal i have has whole food in it... so i think i am having as much whole food as i possibly can
