Question Need help with consuming all my carbs?

Hi everyone.

I have only just properly worked out how many carbs I should be eating daily.. and its prob double what i was eating!

I was quite a long way off with my whole calorie intake so should make quite a difference.

But my prob is I am sorting out my new diet plan, the protein is no probs... which is around 210g a day (but thats still a fair amount). But my carbs are 350g! I have written out a plan but its really a lot of carbs for me to eat all in real food. So I am wondering... are there any complex carb drinks? like we use to help us get enough protein? and is this advisable to drink the carbs I cant eat to make up to the 350g

I'm using a ratio of 30/50/20

Some help/advice needed please... thanks.

Whole food is always best, but there are good weight gainers and meal replacement powders/ bars out there.

My protein do a good protein flapjack in there MP max range, I just got some and they taste awesome.

Re: Need help with consuming all my carbs?

Rice, pasta, oats, potato and post workout- dextrose.

It's really not difficult to get in 350g imo, let's say you have 6 meals/day that means you only have to eat an average of 100g(300g in the case of the potato)per meal.

If you still want to do a weight gainer just mix up some oats with some protein that has both whey and casein proteins, blend it up and suck it through a straw.
