Hello all, just signed up to the site and thought i'd say hello and ask for advice on fat burners. Anyone know whats good for getting rid of that extra bit fat round the waist and where i can get them? Cheers.

seriously mate, cardio is the only way to get rid of the gut fat...san tight is quite good and widely available..

fatty acids..CLA probs the best.
many brands...Pro-lab is a good starting point.
