glucose

hey guys,

just a quick 1.

someone has recommended using 50g glucose pwo. is this ok?? and would i right in saying this is dextrose???

You can either mix it with juice and take it straight after training, then 20 minutes later, take a shake comprising of 1-2 scoops whey (preferably Isolate) with water.

Alternatively mix the whey and glucose with water and consume directly after training, now is also a good time to take any creatine you have (if any).
