cant believe the difference in price

i went to holland and barrett on saturday for some gucosamine tablets which were half price at £3.11 for 30 500mg tabs so normally they would be £6.22. the misses went shopping today and got me 90 500mg tabs for £3.99. i just cant believe the difference in price!

does anyone supplement calcium when on gear, i read that AAS can take calcium from our bones in order to feed the muscles so the bones can become weaker. I havnt done this time round but did before.

I drink 3 - 4 pints of milk a day anyway, so that sould be enough + the calcium in MRP`s and Weight gainers

Good idea to have a high calcium intake tho

ive tried to cut down my milk intake while dieting because milk affects your skinfold measurement. I think anything lactose based keeps a layer of fat or something under your skin according to franco columbo. At the mo i only take skim milk with my oats, cold!

Hey Philipebrown, lactose is the carbohydrate in the milk. No matter what milk you buy the lower the fat in it the higher the carb. With half and half there is 3 grams per two tablespoons. So the carbs in the milk if you are on a low carb diet will have to be considered. I bought some low carb, low fat milk and it has 3 grams per 8 ounces of milk.

Calcium is good stuff. Calcium helps raise your bodys PH, which is good. Calcium also helps for sleeping (has a calming effect). I was just reading it about dieting and cant remember the exact thing it was talking about but I was impressed after I read it. I think it was talking about blood sugars and Calcium how it helped there.
