Question supps for post martial arts W/O??

hey guys,

post gym work out i am currently taking amino's, cellmass and protein. but post martial arts work out i have not been taking anything... should i be taking something?

if so, what should i be taking??

hello adam, i do thai boxing 2-3 times a week and still take my cell mass and protein even though your not ripping up as many muscle fibres, you'll still be putting your muscles under stress and strain and using different muscles that you dont use in the gym, si id still take protein and creatine after training, if your doing thai chi though a nice cup of tea will probably do

hehe i did consider tai chi but decided to go with traditional Shotokan Karate instead.
