i have heard about this and been takin it with my PWO is it ok 2 use? wat other things do u guys use PWO?

Im going to have to code a new search button with big flashing lights and arrows pointing at it I think


Lots of people here use WMS. Good stuff.

I use it PWO as well along with Whey, CEE, Glutamine, AAKG and BCAA.

Ive also been using it during the day and morning as extra carbs, dosnt seem to be doing any harm either

I should have some CEE Flavoring stuff from Myprotein today when the courier gets here so tonight im going to try:

Straight after WO:

60g WMS
5g CEE
5g Glutamine
5g BCAA
Berry Blast Flavouring

Then 20mins later

60g Whey
2g CEE
2g AAKG
2g Di Malate
4g BCAA

Gonna take the CEE+Glutamine+BCAA with the WMS to see if I can feel any difference.
