 | Extreme Nutrition.. any good? Has anybody got some feedback they would like to share about extreme nutrition or the other sponsors like boditronics etc. The reason I ask is i was using the bulkpowders stuff but it gave me spots. I need to get some new protein fast and was thinking of extreme nutrition. Urgent replies please

To my knowlede all the staff (Including owner) have competed at one time or other. Extreme sponsor and promote more shows than any other company I know of that is comparable in size. I think it is important to also point out I am not sponsored or affiliated to them in ANY way. I just believe they have my (And bodybuildings) best interests at heart.

They offer vast discounts to members and are always very helpful on the phone. Of course, all the other sponsors of UK-Muscle are great as well and they all do excellent lines of products and give great service and advise. Many of them post here on a regular basis and always bring great advise and offers to members here. | Re: Extreme Nutrition.. any good? I'll take it so that none of you had spots while using it. Does spots sound strange to anyone? I think i'll get their extreme performance mass and try whey isoate from my protein.

Pro Mass is my weapon of choice too mate when it comes to a gainer  Get the strawberry and banana flavour and mix it with a scoop of rasberry or strawberry whey (if you need the extra protein), throw in some ice, 500ml of water and blend... Trust me - You'll love it! With regards to spots, it does sound wierd from protein mate, you sure it was the protein? Where are the spots? Face, back, neck? Are they white (i.e full of puss) or just red pimples?

Paul the spots (with puss) were on my face I'm fairly sure it was the protein because I was using maximuscle promax (isolate) which cost 55 euro a week (38 sterling) and way too expensive. But then changed to the concentrate and got the spots. Then I stopped using it and they cleared up. Oh and i read some other post by you about how nice the shakes were so. I said i'd give them a try. I''l be in touch if it was a plug (Ha! Ha!) Squat this, unfortunately the extreme nutrition discount only works with orders in th Uk, I'm in Ireland. So thats a balls. Its a generous discount but its strange because I've been on the other sites and their discounts apply

Your not mixing your extreme whey with milk by any chance are you?....if so then your probably exceeding the amount of dairy products your body can handle and your get spots....I drink my mass gainer with milk at the mo for the added cals and i find that i get smore spotty....just one of those things. I find Boditronics and Pro Mass have given me the best results as well as tasting the best...although taste differs from person to person. | |

I drink my shakes with water or sometimes with water and just a smidgen of milk depending on the brand of whey and the spots were on my forehead but thanks for the reply. I might try those brands after this order runs out. I'll see how satisfied I am. Should be here in a couple of days so i cant wait to get stuck in.
