What do u guys do for post work out nutrition and why ???

Immediately PWO waxy maize starch (for quick release carbs, replace muscle glycogen, restore blood sugars etc)
20mins later 5g creatine with 40g whey protein (quick acting protein to be absorbed in the 'window of oppurtunity')

As above really, but I do mine immediately pwo all together, plus I have glutamine in mine (5 g)...
I take about 10 mins to drink it..
Then I have a steak/turkey/chicken meal within an hour as I use slin immediately pwo also

40g whey
10g glutamine
5g arginine ee
5g creatine ee

taste like sh*t due to the creatine and arginine EE's, but does the trick!!

Then eat 2 hours after!

The amoutn of water you use is down to preferance....what consistancy do you like in your shake?...however after your workout you want quick absorption so not too much water...although having said this you can only usualy get around 600mls in ur shaker so it really isnt an issue.... i aim for around 400 - 500mls if that helps.

mix at the gym.....why mix in advance?.. Some people create their PWO with individual sups and mix them together themselves...often these need to be blended coz they dont mix well through shaking alone and so some ppl like to blend their shake at home then take it to the gym and just give it a little shake following thier training. I think i read that someone one this forum did this...Think it was Tiny Tom?

I love my new syntha-6 I take 2 scoopies with me to the gym and neck right after last set . Then do my cardio challenge where i run and try not to sick it all up LOL ...Which i havent yet .And it mixes lovely no lumps
