I take about 10 mins to drink it.. Then I have a steak/turkey/chicken meal within an hour as I use slin immediately pwo also

![]() ![]() | Re: What do u do pwo The amoutn of water you use is down to preferance....what consistancy do you like in your shake?...however after your workout you want quick absorption so not too much water...although having said this you can only usualy get around 600mls in ur shaker so it really isnt an issue.... i aim for around 400 - 500mls if that helps. |

Some people create their PWO with individual sups and mix them together themselves...often these need to be blended coz they dont mix well through shaking alone and so some ppl like to blend their shake at home then take it to the gym and just give it a little shake following thier training. I think i read that someone one this forum did this...Think it was Tiny Tom? |
