Re: san tight

fat burners ain't magic pills mate...you gotta put the effort in with the diet and the training and make sure there spot on....body fat doesn't come on over night so it certainly wont go over night either!!!

plain and simple - burn more calories than you consume and you'll drop weight!!

good luck!

Re: san tight

3 meals a day will not make you loose weight the correct way.

On your other thread, to be honest, there is little point in just training like that with the diet your on. If your lifting weights you need to up the protein.

I would have saved your cash on the San tight & bought some protein or extra weights.

Re: san tight

Real food is the best source of protein, but you will need to buy some whey protein too in my opinion.

Check out www.bulkpowders.co.uk, or www.myprotein.co.uk, these offer cheap protein.

It all depends on how much of a budget you are on. If you are really skint, there's little point in buying the supps etc, just do normal cardio & eat a healthy diet.

Re: san tight

well the portion size would be up to you....

You can buy meal replacements, then just stick it in a shaker bottle and add water or milk....shake for 30 seconds and drink!!!
