On your other thread, to be honest, there is little point in just training like that with the diet your on. If your lifting weights you need to up the protein. I would have saved your cash on the San tight & bought some protein or extra weights.

Check out www.bulkpowders.co.uk, or www.myprotein.co.uk, these offer cheap protein. It all depends on how much of a budget you are on. If you are really skint, there's little point in buying the supps etc, just do normal cardio & eat a healthy diet.

| is 6 weeks out from his winners massage not the kind itraininthedark had lol | Re: san tight snacks that are good for protein.... low fat cottage cheese, nuts, seeds, protein shakes, cooked meats, tuna, salmon, mackerel.... example diet breakfast - 4 eggs on 2 wholemeal toast mid morning snack- 50g almonds and a piece of fruit lunch - chicken salad sandwich on wholemeal bread mid afternoon snack - 1 tin of tuna and a banana exercise - play football anything just get off your ar*e even for 30mins!!! after exercise - protein shake evening meal - chicken breast, brown rice and veg snack - 20g almonds and 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter before bed - 200g tub of low fat cottage cheese
