![]() ![]() | Animal Paks a member at my gym has been asking me alot lately about Universal Nutrition's M-Stak, and i had to be honest and say i thought it was slightly over priced but other than that i know nothing about it! any good/bad experiences or views about this supplement? ive sorted his training and diet for him, advised the necessities, vit c multi vit plenty of water also, alongside a decent protein powder, but any views on this muchly appreciated. cheers guys AJ. |

![]() | Re: Animal Paks seen a lot of good reviews on it, when looking at new supplements i always search bodybuilding.com as the americans always get them first so there's always more reviews. i considered trying it but at £30 and being a student i couldn't quite justify it |
