can any1 answer this question.

i changed from creatine monohydrate use about 10 weeks ago a major difference has been next to no bloating (although my workout has become slightly easier) i cud bloat from 33 inch waist upto 41 on monohydrate i,m a steady 34 at 6pm after a days eating drinking water so on.

the question i want to ask is i have about 500 tabs left of creatine monohydrate and was wondering if taking cee along with about 4 monohydrate tabs a day will limit the bloating as in theory will the cee help absorb the monohydrate faster into the muscles and out of the stomach.

the monohydrate wud be taken at equal periods throughout the day.

i,m gonna give it ago starting today and see what results i get

forgot to mention bloating used to take somewhere between 2 1/2 and 3 weeks to disapear fully when cycling of took about 10 days after i changed to cee without cycling of

mate only you can answer that question....try it and see what happens....if you theory is correct then you will know how to resolve it in the future!

i know this doesn't help much but everyone reacts differently to supps!

your on your own bud unless someone else has had a similar experince! :(

If your having problems with bloating from creatine monohydrate tabs it wont matter how you take them you'll still bloat.

Think about it, an allergic reaction/intolerance is not related to timing or cutting dosage but to your body not agreeing with something.

The other influencing factor you haven't mentioned is who makes the creatine tabs? Creatine monohydrate IS NOT all equal, if its a low grade monohydrate with a lot of heavy minerals still attached you will be liable to bloating, cramps, sh1ts, loss of appetite and water retention.

Before starting Extreme Nutrition I used Prolab monohydrate and my poop turned black and I had terrible stomach pains so I stopped it thinking creatine didn't agree with me, it was only when I was studying Bio-Medical Science and had to write a paper on the effects of a chemical on the human body and I chose to write about creatines effects on human muscle tisssue that I learned about how its made, differing purity and potential side effects.

I know as the owner of a supplement company people will often disregard what I have to say thinking its a sales pitch BUT if you're getting cheap creatine it may well be cheap and nasty creatine so be selective of the brand you choose. Ours is 99.8% pure in an HPLC test, when people start quoting over 100% purity its sales gobbledy gook and would make me discount that brand immediately as something being more than 100% pure is not possible and as far as I am aware 100% purity is not possible.

the reason i made the question or enquiry was that normally i could take 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to loose the bloating when i finished the cycle and when i stopped useing cm and went straight onto cee the bloating was gone in 9 or 10 days half the time i,m now taking 4 tabs of my normal cm at 3 hr intervals throu the day as i have loads left aswell as cee by this time next week i,ll know if i,m bloating again its just a little experiment , but i never bloated at all on cee

apart from bloating i,v had no other bad points to say about cm whatever brand.
